Incontinence, painful sex, pelvic pain, prolapse, c-section scarring and diastasis recti are common, but that does not make them normal. We can help you get back to doing all the activities you love and enjoy, without pain or discomfort. Are you ready to laugh and sneeze, run and play, without worrying about leaking? Are you ready enjoy sexual intimacy without pain? Or stop worrying about a weak or bulging core? Our pelvic floor physical therapists are here to help you on your journey back to pelvic health and wellness.
