We understand life happens, and sometimes you’ll need to adjust your appointment schedule. We do our best to be flexible and accommodate your schedule needs. It’s easiest for us to do this with more than 24-hours notice.

  • We're looking forward to seeing you! If your physical therapist recommended coming in for additional sessions, or you feel it's time for a check in after some time away, then you can call us or use our online schedule to add appointments.

  • We recommend finding an alternate time in the same week so you can continue with your ideal treatment program for best results. Your physical therapist intentionally recommends an appointment frequency specific to your symptoms and goals.

    Take a look at your schedule before you call us so you're prepared to find a new time to come in this week.

  • It sounds like you've had some life changes recently, and that's ok! We're here to support you through it and help you find a new appointment schedule.

    After you call us, we will likely set up a time for you to talk with your physical therapist to discuss best next steps with your health and goals in mind. If possible, please mention needing these changes during an in-person appointment because it's easier to adjust then!

  • If you are unable to find an alternate time to come in, then sometimes cancelling will be the only option. Call us as soon as you know you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment. If you leave a voicemail, then we will call you back.

    Monday appointments need to be cancelled by the previous Friday at 12:00pm.

    Cancellations made within 24-hours of your appointment time will be charged in-full.

    Please note: cancellations are valid if and only when you speak directly with one of our team members during business hours.

Appointments need to be modified more than 24-hours in advance. If you cancel an appointment within 24-hours, then we need to charge in-full for the missed appointment.

Monday appointments

If you need to modify or cancel a Monday appointment, then you need to contact us before the preceding Friday at Noon.
