Who we help

As Milwaukee’s only premier pelvic floor therapy clinic, we are proud to offer whole-person healing services to people of all ages and genders.

Women’s Health

At Pelvic Health & Wellness, we specialize in working with women at all stages of life. While everyone’s experience with fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause differ, it’s common to experience changes and discomfort with the pelvic floor. We’re here to offer a safe space to offer you support to talk about, learn about, and treat the symptoms affecting your life. Our goal is to identify the root cause of your symptoms and design a treatment plan with you to help you reach your goals so you can live a confident, worry-free life.

Men’s Health

We understand that pelvic floor dysfunction is not limited to females. We also provide pelvic floor therapy for male pelvic pain, incontinence, pelvic dysfunction, and post-surgical pain. Dr. Rachel Fritz has gone above and beyond foundational training by completing additional hours of male-specific pelvic floor education and training. We offer you a comfortable and supportive environment for your assessment and to talk about the symptoms you’re experiencing.

Transgender & Non-binary Health

We are committed to providing inclusive and affirming care for all. Dr. Lauryn Beecher has completed additional education in order to provide safe, supportive, trauma-informed care to the LGBTQIA+ community. Pelvic floor physical therapy is especially important for individuals who go through gender-affirming surgery to reduce pain, mobilize scar tissue, assist postural and toileting changes, and increase pelvic floor muscle control. Our team is here to ensure each of our clients receive the highest quality of care, dignity, and respect.

Fertility & Preconception Care

Whether you’re just beginning your journey toward pregnancy or you’ve been experiencing infertility, pelvic floor physical therapy can improve your chances of conception. Dr. Lauryn Beecher has specialized training, including Mercier Therapy and visceral manipulation, to provide fertility-specific manual therapy to optimize organ functioning, which can increase positive outcomes in fertility. This physical therapy treatment program is ideal for any birthing person who wants to conceive naturally or through medically assisted methods, who may be living with endometriosis or PCOS, or who experiences painful intercourse.

Pediatric & Teen Health

Pediatric pelvic floor physical therapy is for children ages 3-17 years old with symptoms related to bladder and bowel dysfunction and other pelvic-related challenges. Dr. Lauryn Beecher is our pediatric specialist and works collaboratively with the child and guardian/s to effectively address concerns. Common issues such as accidents, constipation, tummy troubles, bed-wetting, and potty-training challenges can be effectively addressed to decrease or eliminate the need for medications or surgery. Our office is a child-friendly environment, and we make the appointments and exercises fun and approachable.
