  • I started seeing Lauryn for work on my c-section scar and a mild case of diastasis recti. We did a combination of dry needling, cupping, massage, and at-home exercises to deal with my issues. I now have an almost invisible c-section scar and strong lower ab muscles. I am so pleased with my results! She is currently helping me with a shoulder issue from picking up my toddler constantly and its been amazing what she can do! She gave me print-outs of at-home exercises and helped me find the right bands and weights to use. Highly recommend!
